What the service is

Golf Game Bet Calculator is a scorekeeping and calculation tool for golf and its associated side games. It records scores you enter and computes the notional outcome of games you configure. It is provided for entertainment and record-keeping.

No money is handled

• The service does not accept, hold, transfer, escrow or pay out funds of any kind.
• The service is not a bookmaker, a betting exchange, a gambling operator or a payment processor, and it does not operate a game of chance for money.
• Any settlement between players or spectators takes place directly between those individuals, offline and entirely at their own discretion. Figures shown in the app are informational only.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any wagering you conduct with other people is lawful where you are. Laws on private wagering differ considerably between jurisdictions and we make no representation about the legality of your arrangements. If private wagering is restricted where you are, use the app purely as a scorecard.

You are also responsible for the content you enter, including player names, and for not entering anything unlawful, abusive or infringing. Room codes give access to everyone who has them, so share them only with people you intend to include.

Accuracy and no warranty

We take care to implement the game rules described in our guides correctly, but rule variants differ between groups and errors are possible. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Course data, including par, stroke index and yardage, comes from third-party sources and may be inaccurate or out of date; verify it against the card at your club.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including any amount you agree to pay or expect to receive from another person on the basis of a figure shown in the app. Disputes about settlement are between the players involved.

Availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we do not guarantee that stored rounds will remain available indefinitely. Keep your own record of anything you need to retain.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or remove accounts used for abuse, spam or unlawful activity.
