Useful things to tell us
- Bug reports — the room code, the hole where it happened, and what you expected the number to be. Settlement issues are much easier to trace with a room code.
- Missing or wrong course data — the course name, the tees you played, and the corrected par or stroke index.
- Rule variants — if your group plays a game differently from how our guides describe it, tell us. Regional variants are exactly what we want to document.
- Privacy requests — access, correction, export or deletion of your account data. Write from the address on the account so we can identify it.
Response times
This is a small project, so replies typically take a few days. Privacy and account-deletion requests are prioritised.
Before you write
A lot of questions are already answered in the guides, and reading the right one is faster than waiting for us:
- How a game is settled — each game has a full guide with the exact settlement rules the app applies and a worked money example. Start at the guides index or the How to Play hub.
- Handicap and net-score questions — Handicaps and net scoring explains how strokes are applied per hole using the course stroke index.
- Gallery odds and payouts — How gallery guessing works walks through the parimutuel math step by step.
- What the app does with your data — the privacy policy lists everything we store and why, in plain language.
